Vice President -
Mr. Yevoli has more than 27 years of
engineering and design with both Mechanical and
Electrical design. His experience includes design from
conception through the final completion of
projects, document preparation, and
observation. He has performed projects for both
public and private sector clients in the following
areas: institutional, medical, educational, government,
industrial, research, and laboratory. Mr. Yevoli's
specific areas of expertise include heating,
ventilation, and air conditioning
systems (HVAC). As well as specializing in exhaust systems,
domestic plumbing, medical gases, fire protection, and
site utilities. He also works as a LEED, AP on
several Projects. Mr. Yevoli is currently the
supervisor for the mechanical department, where he is
responsible for the management of a staff of 10.
His duties include Business Development with new and
existing clients, writing proposals, day to day
management of the design projects including preliminary
engineering, design analysis, personnel assignment,
projects including preliminary engineering, design
analysis, personnel assignment, man-hour loading, QA/QC
of the final design. In addition, he is
responsible for personnel recruitment, training and
salary administration. Registered in Colorado,
Arizona, and California.

C. Graham, PE
Mechanical
Engineer
Mr. Graham, has 19 years experience in the
engineering/design of mechanical building systems,
project management, construction documentation and
administration. Versed in many fields of mechanical
design including but not limited to plumbing, process
piping, fire protection, HVAC, specialty exhaust,
laboratory design, energy management and control
systems. Experience includes new construction and
remodel/renovation of multiple facilities involving
Education (secondary and higher education), Food
Services, Hospital and Healthcare, Laboratory and High
Tech, Commercial, Hotel and Housing, and Detention.
Specialized training including sustainable building
design, existing mechanical system analysis, indoor air
quality, energy efficiency compliance, technical
assistance reporting, life cycle costing, system
compatibility studies and energy analysis/audits.
Mr. Graham has 22 PE Stamps throughout the United States.

 Marcelo
Olivares
Mechanical Designer -
Mr. Olivares has more than 17 years of experience as a
Mechanical Designer and CAD Operator. He
oversees the CAD department and assist with the IT
Department . He has experience with new and
existing mechanical systems, modifications to plumbing
design, alterations to existing
systems, and upgrading for ADA
modifications. Projects include educational,
governmental, medical and industrial facilities
throughout the state of New Mexico.

ELECTRICAL
 John Shindele – BSEE,
Electrical Design
Mr. Schindele is a graduate Electrical Engineer from the
University of New Mexico in his second year of
employment for Coupland-Moran Engineers, Inc., whose
experience is developing in solar energy production and
distribution, educational, Office Buildings, Airport
Facilities, Power Substation Protection and Controls and
other such projects. His technical experience includes
microprocessor programming, designing of circuit boards
and amplifiers, AutoCAD drafting, C++ and VHDL
Programming, Programmable Logic Controller Programming
and implementation.

Senior Electrical Designer -
Mr. Springer
has more than 35 years of experience in the field of electrical
design. He is responsible for plans,
specifications, production and Construction
Administration of a variety of projects. His project experience
includes Educational
facilities, Office Buildings, Churches, Hotels,
Apartment Complexes, Shopping Centers, Restaurants, Medical
Facilities, State Correctional Facilities,
Courthouses, Local and Federal Government and Industrial
Projects.

 Vanessa Ortiz-
CAD
Ms. Ortiz is
a graduate of ITT Tech with a degree in Computer
Drafting and Design (CDD). She has two (2) years
experience with Mechanical and Electrical Drafting.
She is also proficient with MicroStation. As a CAD
Administrator she sets up and closes projects and
implements modifications and alterations to existing systems.
Project experience includes Government Facilities, Medical, and
Educational.
